Beeswax is a natural product of the honey bees.  In the bee hive it is called "comb" and is fashioned into hexagonal cells for the storage of honey.  The Queen also lays her eggs in these cells.  Beeswax is a renewable resource - as opposed to chemical waxes like paraffin which are made from crude oil.

Honey Guy® Beeswax is produced from pure honeycomb harvested from our hives during the honey extraction process. It is then heated and filtered which removes impurities and pollens This process also lightens the color. We then hand-pour our beeswax into molds.
