Warranty /Refund/Replacment Policy: Unconditional Guarantee - Honey Guy Products, Inc. will replace or refund the entire cost, including shipping of any product the Customer is not completely satisfied with.  Just call the Customer Service number above to get authorization to return the product, then return the unused portion of the product, within 14 days, to the address below with a detailed description of the complaint and the original or a copy of the original sales receipt.  Upon receipt of the product, Honey Guy Products, Inc. will, at Customer's request, either replace the product with the same or refund the cost of it, including the shipping cost.   After 14 days Honey Guy Products may, at its own discretion, refuse to replace or refund the product based on the circumstances.
