Has my order shipped?
  You will receive an email from USPS with the tracking number for your package and the expected date it will arrive. Questions - call 903-570-6868.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Once an order has been placed, you must contact Customer Service immediately if you need to change the order.  We usually ship the same or next day.
How do I track my order?
  Click the tracking number in the email USPS sends you.
My order never arrived.
  Use your tracking number to see where the order is.  If it says "Delivered" and you did not receive it, contact your post office to see what they did with it.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Contact Customer Service immediately.  We will ship the item missing the next shipping day.
My product is missing parts.
  Contact Customer Service immediately.  We guarantee our products to be complete.
When will my backorder arrive?
  If we are out of a product you have ordered, we will contact you immediately before we ship any of the order. We will give details then concerning the item.
