How do I return an item?

We do not wish for any of our Customers to be dissatisfied or feel as though they have wasted their money. Therefore, we offer our Unconditional Honey Guy Guarantee for each and every Honey Guy Product.

UNCONDITIONAL HONEY GUY GUARANTEE: If you are dissatisfied with any HONEY GUY product for any reason, CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT 1-800-863-1438 (direct to 903-570-6868) or email at honeyguy@hughes.net within 14 days of delivery of the item to authorize the return, then return the unused portion to Honey Guy Products, Inc., 11127 CR 3116, Winona, Tx 75792 with a detailed description of the reason for your dissatisfaction. What ever the reason, we will replace the returned item with another item of your choice of equal value or refund your money including all applicable postage. In some instances we may not require you to return the unused portion of the product.

RETURN POLICY:

Original or copy of sales receipt must accompany returns. If you purchased from one of our Retailers, a copy of their receipt will suffice.

We will authorize unconditionally, returns for exchange or refund up to 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Delivery date is determined by the item's USPS tracking number. After the 14 days has elapsed, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an exchange or store credit only.

If you receive an item which is damaged or is not the item you ordered please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective or items that you did not order but received in error, will qualify for replacement, store credit or a refund.

You MUST contact us within 14 days of receipt for return authorization if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us WITHOUT authorization will NOT be refunded or returned.
